Over the years, Southern Italy has become renowned for its incredible beauty
and culture. What better place to sample the delights of Italy’s most
prolific export, its gastronomic heritage. Guests on the Culture
and Cuisine of Southern Italy tour will get a taste of Rome as they visit
many incredible Roman sights, such as the Pantheon, the Roman Forum, and the
Coliseum
and enjoy
market visits and balsamic vinegar and wine tastings. We will tour the famous
highlights of Naples and visit some of its picturesque neighborhoods and of
course sample the cities most famous invention, pizza! We'll travel to the
Amalfi coast to see the ruins of Pompeii and Pasteum and enjoy a mozzarella
cheese making demonstration. Our tour also takes us to the pretty lemon-fringed
village of Ravello, 
where we’ll take in the views and a cooking class
before we make our way to the island of Capri via private speedboat.
