Travel Insiders is all about planning a trip that is unique for your needs. Travelers have many unique reasons why they choose to use a Travel Insider. Many may use them because of our expertise and the access and insider information that comes with it. Others may prefer to have a professional handle their travel planning to ensure a successful trip, but also cut back on all the time required to plan. Some may have found that working with an Insider is the best way to get the most value out of travel.

The advantage to working with an Insider is that we handle all the research, planning and booking. We will put together a very detailed itinerary for you to review based on your budget and interests.  We have hotels that we love in every catagory and great guides and drivers that we use exclusively.

Our trip planning fee is $150, which is charged up front via Visa, MC or American Express.  Once we receive your travel planning information and fee, we will make a detailed day by day itinerary for you so that you get to make the most of your time there. You will get the benefit of our resources and contacts that we’ve gathered through extensive research and many years of personal experience. You’ll receive hotel suggestions, ideas for activities & tours you might enjoy, train tickets, and transfer information, directions, etc.   Once you’ve decided on the final itinerary, we will book everything, and send you a detailed itinerary with all the confirmations, tickets,  travel tips and restaurant recommendations.
