Cell Phone Rental

A cell phone rental is a great way to keep in touch while you are away. Plus, you’ll be able to contact all your guides and drivers directly if you need to — and vice versa! You receive your cell-phone number in advance, before you leave home. Friends and family can reach you at any time. You can receive calls from anywhere in the world!  We offer the convenience of renting cell phones directly to clients to use while on travel. Upon arrival at the airport, our driver will give you a phone to use. Upon departure, hand the phone to your driver. It’s as simple as that!

Costs:

  • $75 flat fee for the rental +25 Euros worth of call credit, which is added on to your trip cost
  • Phone will come with a charger and the 25 Euros of call credit
  • You will have the ability to call any of your guides, drivers or hotels directly to advise that you will be arriving early or late, or simply to get directions if you are experiencing difficulties

Museum and Theater Tickets

  • Purchasing tickets to a play or opera on site can be confusing and tickets are often sold out. Standing in line for hours to see the David or the Sistine Chapel eats up precious time and can leave you frustrated. We offer our clients advance tickets and reservations to many events and museums – no more standing in line during your vacation!

Transit Package

  • Your personalized transit package could include bus tickets, a subway or vaporetto pass and a map of the transportation systems and city. This can be delivered directly to your hotel on the day of arrival. Nothing could be easier.

Restaurant Recommendations and Reservations – or A Gourmet Meal in a Private Home

  • We are foodies ourselves and delight in sharing our love of cuisine and wines with our clients. We have tried many restaurants in all price levels and are happy to offer recommendations and even make reservations for you.
  • We have developed relationships with chefs and gourmet cooks who love to cook for and meet new people. We can arrange a gourmet lunch or dinner in one of our colleague’s homes – ranging from simple apartments to luxury palazzos!

Spa Services

  • Treat yourself to a massage, facial, or other spa treatment. We can arrange appointments at wonderful spas and beauty centers. This is a great treat on your first day to help you relax and get over jetlag!

Baby Sitting Service

  • Celebrating an anniversary or special event or just simply want a night out without the kids? Cartolina Tours can arrange a baby sitter to come directly to your hotel.
